I build fintech products that move the needle, from insurance quote engines to vendor-free KYC platforms. Four years turning complex problems into experiences users actually trust.
I didn't start as a PM. I started as a founder. At 18, I built Chattore, a loyalty platform for independent restaurants fighting Swiggy and Zomato's pay-to-rank model. We hit thousands of users and 500+ restaurant partners before I made my first big decision: sell.
That call taught me more than any MBA. It set me on a path through recruitment, Web3, and eventually fintech, where I found my groove. I now own end-to-end conversion funnels at HDFC Life and HDFC Ergo, shipping products that handle real money, real claims, and real trust.
I work best at the intersection of user empathy, technical depth, and data. I'll sit with actuarial teams to reverse-engineer 100 insurance products. I'll interview claimants to understand why they're calling 87% of the time. Then I'll build something that makes that call unnecessary.
Product variety means nothing if customers can't get clarity fast. A 20-second quote beats a 20-minute pitch every time.
When I took over KYC, every company used vendors. I asked why. The answer, "that's just how it's done," was the opportunity.
Insurance claim tracking now works like a Swiggy order. The best UX insight often comes from outside your own industry.
